When you ask me "Let's go to have Indian cusine." I would think of having Indian curry but it seems like I have seen mylotters talk about other Indian food's name but I don't know what they are.
So what is the most famous food in India? Is it curry? Are there lots of type of curry? Because I know there are yellow curry, red curry, green curry etc but which one is "belong" to India?
I have had all of them before and I remember the red one was the most spicy one and very strong flavor it had.
Can you share with us? Thank you^_^

Curry is not a FOOD ITEM.. but a genre..
I don't think their is anything like the most famous.. or most delicious..
There is lot of diversity within the Country.. Each state is known for some food item(s) or the other.. Being an Indian. I haven't tasted the all major food items in India..
In Kerala u get delicious Fish curry.. that too a wide range of variety recipies..
In India.. it is mostly red in color.. as they mostly contain red chilli
I don't know much about the North Indian style..
Hope you got wat you needed.. Forgive if I made any mistakes (caused by the constrains of my knowledge of the traditional Indian food)
Happy myloting!
