I just remeber those who make me stronger, whenever I feel doubting myself I remeber those who believe in me. I also just count my blessings it helps me a lot not to make me feel this way. Have a nice day to all of you!

I am a weak person especially when it comes to my loved ones. I would fight for them and maybe even get physical with those who try to hurt them. I am a pussycat when my loved ones are involved, a total pushover.

Hi underdogtoo, same here I don't want anyone to harm or to hurt anyone I love especially my Mom and my family. I can't get weak for them.Even I feel sick I can't stand it, I'll still go to work to earn a living and provide for my Mom. Have a nice day to you!

I just take a nice wave of sleep. The best thing to keep my strength going on is to have a ver y nice relaxing sleep.

What i do is just stop thinking about it if i can, although it is hard to forget it works for me to be strong to stand against all odds which life has thrown at me..

Hi korki4, well even though I don't want to think of it sometimes,it also bothers me a lot. I just have to go on and need a lot of patience not to be weak and face it, especially when your just all by yourself to survive I have to fight it back to go to normal even your already burn out. Anyway have a nice day to you!

There are times when I feel down. One thing which has always helped me is looking at the achievements I have made in these years. I think about any achievements made in sports, in college or in general life. I have won made trophies in badminton. So I just go to the showcase and keep looking at them and try to recall the matches I had won. This helps a great deal and boosts my self-esteem. I also did quite well in college and scored good marks. So recalling that helps too. And any small achievements like troubleshooting the computer, making it fast as if it were new, and many small things turn my mood upside down and I feel great at the end. It is said that if we can cling to a particular feeling in our imagination for a little while we can actually experience it in the reality. Say for example, when you think about someone who really annoy you or makes you angry you see your heart beats fast than normal. Since our emotions are attached to our imagination we see it happening it in the reality.
