where to sell paintings immdeiatly? does any one can help me, i have my painting?

Listing them on ebay would have them sell within a week, provided someone bids on them. Sites like Etsy and ArtFire might take longer, but the fees are less and you'll have a more targeted audience.

If they are paintings you painted yourself, you could try www.etsy.com. They have low listing fees, and its a very good site for handmade items.

If you want to sell paintings immediately sell them on www.ebay.com I use to sell thing in this website when I use to live in the United States Of America now that I have moved to Mexico I only use this website to buy things like cell phones.
