where is your ideally perfect place to live if you have chance to choose?

for me,i am crazy about the santorini which is so beautiful island in the Aegean,i didn't take the trip because we couldn't afford it,but i have seen plenty of picuture or movie about santorini,so i just imagine that is so happiness if i have a house in there,so what is your dream place?

I think Greece would be a lovely place to live but learning the language would be challenging I feel. I would love to buy a piece of land by the sea in Belize and get a home built there. I adore spending time in the tropics. It would be a house with a view of the ocean. I like seeing palm trees gently dance in the light breeze. I enjoy going snorkeling to see colorful coral. I could go shopping in Mexico when I want to if I lived there. America would be a short plane ride away for further shopping.

to be candid with you,first,i lived a city which has a lot of pressure on life and there is fierce competition in the work.second,i haven't seen the sea,so i dreamd it very much,but i have a chance to see sea on Oct this year.

Hi chingmerry, it is good to see that your perfect place to live is a Greek island. I live on the Greek mainland and haven't visited that island yet. While I would agree that Greece is the dream place to live you probably haven't considered the downside, the winters can be cold and wet, torrentially wet and damp, and the wind can make the sea so wild that boats are destroyed in the harbour. We have summer days which are so humid you can cut the heat with your hand and the mosquitos are a menace. If that doesn't put you off you have picked the perfect place for your dreams.

thank you very very much,i am so glad to meet Greek in here,thank you for telling me all about Greek includes downside which i have never known,actually,there is my dream place where i probably have no chance to be there all mylife,but after reading your words,i will keep balance of my mind easier.
