Any Bidvertisers members here...How to request payment??

Hi Mylotters,I have a blog and added Bivertiser Ads to it. I have reached the minimu payout of 10$ and want to request payment. I did not find any payment request option in the site. Should we make a request or does Bidvertiser pay you automatically at the end of the month.
For members who do not know about Bidvertiser...It is a program like Google Ad sense which pays you for the Ads clicked on your website or blog.

Wow! So its really possible to earn through bidvertiser, I just wanna ask how you manage to reach $10?

I just signed up on bidvertiser today and am waiting approval
so cant help you in this..... but i hope u do get paid soon
