Google Adsense: Do you ever click?

I almost never click on Google Adsense ads, I just go to Google search (Actually Swag Bucks) and type in what I need to search. However a lot of people must be clicking- Google makes a lot of money from it. I see Google Adsense almost everywhere. I have a website and a blog, I'm not sure if I should get a AdSense account or not. Do you click on Google Adsense Ads?
