Saif’s making it up to Deepika We recently heard that Deepika Padukone is miffed Nowadays… What with constantly being asked why it’s her and not Kareena Kapoor in Saif Ali Khan’s production venture, Love Aaj Kal. Saif, these days, is trying hard to give the damsel her due and even nurse her wounds. “We make a good pair,” is what he has been shouting out from the roof tops. “Though we don’t know each other so well, on screen, Deepika and I complement each other,” says the actor, who is quick to pass on the credit for their sizzling act to the director. “I think all credit should go to Imtiaz Ali. On-screen chemistry isn’t something you can organize. It stems from the script and the situations, which is a director’s job.” Yeah, yeah, yeah… it sometimes comes from offscreen bonding too.
