I love to eat high fiber bread, so does everyone. Eating bread too much can cause a weight problem.
I have seen and heard medical practitioner, ladies put on weight faster than man especially at thigh/hip side.
Is that true?
How to avoid this from happening?

I do not eat a whole lot of bread, it is a carbohydrate and it turns to sugar in our systems and im a diabetic so if i eat bread i stay away from the white bread, and eat a whole wheat kind. and you are so right that if you eat a lot of it you will also put on the weight.

I eat bread that is made from sprouted grains and is backed at a low temperature. it's very healthy and will not cause weight gain... avoid white. bleached flour, that's the one that causes all the problems...
