Pet dog hygiene.....

We all loves dogs.
The question is how clean is our dogs?
We have seen our dogs drinking from a drain and everywhere.
And later, the dogs licks our faces, hands and run around our house.
Will we be contaminated by the germs?
How to avoid that?

Well, it is a good question and no one knows it but the owner of the dog, My dog is more or less clean because he is indoors all the time, when we go out I do not let him drink out of the drain or gutter, and we usually go for a walk once or twice per day. And we bath him often.
I am sure this avoids a lot of the germs but not all of them.
