I don't think tea is that good.It is better to have green tea regularly. It is very good for health. It contains anti-oxidants which improves immunity. The tea we usually use is processed under a very high temperature so the anti oxidants are removed.

I love both but I guess I prefer coffee more since everyone in my house drinks it so it is already made. But I love ice tea and regular hot tea.

hahaha, well i love iced tea too, specially C2 products or Nestea. They can be a substitute to juice. But i doubt that they are healthier to drink than the hot tea.

I have to say I am a coffee addict. I drink four or five cups of coffee per day starting at breakfast time. I take coffee with cream and sugar, and my preference is decaffinated coffee. I drink tea to some times. English tea and also green tea from China, Japan, Sri lanka, and other countries. Yes, indeed, tea is also very refreshing.

I prefer tea, particularly green tea because it is more nutritious and contains more antioxidant compared to coffee. Green tea is a lot safer than coffee because it contains small amount of caffeine and it has more healing properties. It has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. I drink Green tea everyday and it cures my premenstrual cycle syndrome.

I enjoy both but coffee would be my first. I drink specialty blend coffee or ground my own coffee beans. I also enjoy a good glass of green tea in the evening or with meals. I have been meaning to try Tetley tea. When I go to the store I just automatically pick up Lipton. Smiles

I also like to have coffee. But as a matter of fact both tea and coffee are beverages and regular consumption of it can make u addicted to it and u may feel extremely bad if u cant get it one day. Also coffee contains caffeine which seems to refresh us is harmful to our brain and spinal nerves. But not to worry if u have only occasional drinks.

I must prefer coffee, even it is 3 in on or brewed coffee, to stay awake, because coffee has good aroma and help us to attain an anti oxidant in our body, and it helps to avoid stress.

Hi, I prefer tea over coffee. I love the smell of coffee but do not care for the taste.

I love both. I really like iced tea or green tea, but I don't think the people around me would like it if I went without my daily french vanilla cappacino.

I used to prefer coffee as it is more tasty but I don't use both of them.... considering the ill effects that they have on our body.. Firstly its no gud in terms of a healthy or nutritious drink.. secondly its in the class of bevarages that once you become addict you can't avoid the drink.. Why should we go after all those.. If you just can't resist try the green tea (as mentioned by someone earlier) green tea is not processed and thus have anti oxidants in plenty.. Anti oxidants are elements present in raw food and provides great immunity. Hope my points will be useful.. for whoever reads this!
