have u suffered bereavement?

i have lost quite a few close people in my 29 yrs of life, i dont know how ive got through most of it, i believe we all have a survival mode within us that keeps us going through the trauma we suffer when we lose som1 close...what do u think? and thanku xx

I agree, we must have some kind of survival mode in us. I feel like you I think, I just don't know how I get through things. I was so depressed when I lost my mum, but I knew she would want me to carry on, so that gave me a bit of strength. Probably your loved ones would want you to be strong too. xx

Well, over the course of my life I have lost quite a few people, and each time it happens I think it does effect me in some way but yet at the same time helps to encourage me to keep moving on and usually these are things that help me to become who I am today as well. All I can say is people need strength to go on after loosing someone close to them, but in reality if you keep positive and Prayerful in time everything will be OK.
