Internet from cellphone,, do you use it?

Hey, No I don't really use the Internet on my cell phone. The main reason is because I already have the Internet at home, ant it is much faster anyway. Sometimes i use my mobilephone in browsing mylot. I use apPlication named opera mini 4.2 in my phone. It is fast and easy to use. The advantage of that is you cAn check mylot anytime ,anywhere. The disadvantage i see that my bAtTery cAN empty very fast. Im lucky i cAN browse using my cellphone. HapPy mylotting.

Don't be afraid, its safe! I am actually not the one to give opinions as I don't use the internet over the phone, but because I have a iPod Touch, it runs off the same platform as the iPhone and uses the same browser (safari). Well, I use it for everything when my sister is on my laptop so yahh! Well happy myLotting!

Yes!I have access to internet through my GPRS connection from cellphone.But I restrict myselt to check my gmails alone and for some data searching.It is really helpful when you are in need to search something and there is no net connection nearby.Recently,one of our daily magazines has stepped into mobile magazine and I have bookmarked it so I can read the news at any time,anywhere.Cheers!

I think they have small words to see.They are hard to see.I believe nobody want to use internet on cell phones alltime but they used sometime.When they are hurry necessary.

costs too much unless you get a package from your network specifically for internet browsing,as a result losing minutes or texts or paying significantly more per month. personally, i prefer a laptop. internet on phones is slow, the screen is usually too small to read on most sites and you cant do much of the good stuff like youtube without something like an iphone.

Yes, I use the internet on my phone more than the computer. That is actually how I am posting this response. I have several browsers that allow me to go on any site and even stream videos. It is great and so handy to have internet access at all times.

I use mobile wap about 15-20 hours per week. I also have broadband connection on my PC. But i can not live without mobile internet. I surf all the net on my mobile. I use my phone to check mail, downloading mobile ringtunes, wallpapers, themes, clips ets. I also use my mobile internet to stay connect with my friends via chatting and sms. I use it to check my Bank account statement, request cheque book, transfer money etc. I don't get any virus because i am aware about it, i cannot visit any harmful site or download any mobile games or software from untruest site.

yes, I do use my cell phone to check my emails, and my blog. It is a good way to get update on the mails I have because sometimes whenever I am away from home, I hardly find access for internet. The best way is using the internet access from cell phone. so far so good, I never come across of any virus attack. Happy mylotting and have a great weekend !

I have ever use cellphone to go to to the web. as long as i used the cellphone, cellphone was fine. i usually use cellphone to go the web which has small content because the fee is not cheap dude. for example check email, read announcements and etc.

i am having windows mobile which has internet explorer i often used net through the mobile habitually when i am outside from my home and also i have kaspersky mobile anti virus yes some threats should come from the net but my anti virus helped me a lot by detecting it, its better to have an anti virus in a mobile those who used internet through mobile frequently.....

I know the fear of virus is causing people to consider carefully of the usage of the internet. However, I think we can reduce the chances of having our mobile phone to be affected by the virus if we don't download files. I prefer not to download any Microsoft files. I don't trust completely Yahoo Mail Virus Scanner. So, even when it says that the file is 100% virus free, I prefer to avoid the headache. I have known a friend who had to reformat his mobile phone because it was infected. I use my mobile phone to gain access to gmail. No problem so far when all I do is to read. No download.

I rarely use my phone, 1: Because it is so expensive and 2 because i can't load many pages and if i can they load extremely slow. Id rather just use my $70 monthly internet with great speed able to load all pages instead of expensive phone slow crap :D.

I can access the internet from my cell phone, but what is the point? There is nothing that important for me to see if I am away from my computer. If things are important I'd still be at the computer, not walking around looking at my cell phone

Sometimes I will use internet from cellphone, when I have nothing to do or I feel boring or when I want to read some news and when I want to search something from the internet. But what makes me headache is that when I use internet from cellphone, my battery will run down very quickly.

i don't access internet from cellphone but a lot of people do nowadays . They used to check their stocks, read news and talk to people by QQ . It seems to be a trend that people go to net through mobile but it doesn't interest me like that . The screen is too small to type everything and the wording is too small to be realized. Maybe one day i will do as most people do but not now .
