Is 10euromails a scam site?

Hi fellow mylotters, I am a member of this site and now my total earnings are a little short of the payout.The site provides a platinum membership for 160euros and also a debit card for withdrawal.I wish to upgrade as the payout is instant when upgraded.They pay 10euros for each paid mail and 5euros for each click.I am not sure of the authencity of the payouts.Can someone please help me as I need some money immediately for a financial commitment.I am from India and cannot afford to lose that much money.
