Have you heard about it? It's been months now since the A(H1N1) virus reached pandemic alert. It was personally very alarming for me since most of the time I'm expose to the outside. Thank God I'm still very well up to the moment. I heard that for the month of August there will be an A(H1N1) vaccine readily available for the public. What precautions do you take to avoid being diseased by this killer virus? do you see to it that you wash your hands every so often and sanitize with alcohol or sanitizers? Do you know anyone who had been sick with A(H1N1)?..

The swine flu is really frightening. But the health authorities had been telling us to clean our surroundings, eat nutritious and cooked food, keep warm and stay away from people who sneeze and cough. Pray the pandemic virus is stopped.

I know, I get really uncomfortable whenever I ride public transportation vehicles and my co-passenger would sneeze or cough without covering his mouth. Sigh! I hope this virus end soon...
