Do cam requests bug you?

I was sitting here tonight on my Yahoo and I decided to go visible for awhile (I am usually invisible) and as always I got bombarded with cam requests..
so I was wondering does it bother you when someone you don't know requests to view your web cam?
it don't bother me if I have been chatting with the person for awhile but when they just pop up and say "do you have a cam" or "can I see you" it bugs me big time..is it the same for you?

Gotta' tell you, as a guy. I didn't really get that many cam requests. 
I can only wonder how many you get though being female. I don't really use Yahoo anymore though, 95% of my friends stopped using it. I do keep it on a lot but I rarely have anyone to IM anymore & I don't use Yahoo by itself anymore. I use it through another application which I never really figured out if it is compatible with my webcam lol

lol yeah I usually hear that from my guy friends,that they dont get cam requests that often.
and yes I always get cam requests,it probably dont help that I have had a few risky pictures up on some of my social sites lol so I guess it is partially my fault haha

Yeah, that and you're really quite attractive so that probably boosts those cam requests ya' get.

absolutely! i mean, why would they do that anyway? i think that is just plain rude and most of these people have nothing better to do anyway. best thing to do is ignore their requests or block them off your im service so they won't bother you again! ;)

yeah I know it is very rude :(
thats what I usually do either block them or ignore them,but I just wish they would leave me alone all together so I dont have to hide my online status lol

exactly. i guess it should be each individual's use of discretion when it comes to respecting other people's privacy with this regard. i often use stealth settings on my IM service too bcuz of this.
