*SIGH* yes, that is a BIG sigh. I was looking for a job these past few weeks and I have learned from a friend that their company is looking for an abstractor or a medical indexer. So, I tried to apply for the position. I took their IQ and grammar exams, after two days the HR personnel called me and told me that I was considered for an interview. I really prepared for the interview. On the day of the interview, I was a bit nervous... Fortunately, the interview went well and I was able to answer several questions about myself and what I know about the job description. They considered me as a candidate for the position offered, I was happy because not all are given an opportunity like that. I have undergone the 4-day training that they offered--our performance were graded by the trainor & the management. After the 4-day training, they told us to wait for the call on Friday night and that's the sign that "WE ARE HIRED." As of now, I am still waiting for my phone to ring... It's already 7 minutes past 9 o'clock in the evening here in the Philippines. Still, NO CALL. =( =( =( =( =(

I'm sorry to hear that. It's got to be tough to go through all of that before you even know if your going to be hired. hopefully they will still call you. I recently had what i thought was an excellent interview with Citi cards and 3 days later i received a rejection letter from them. So good luck to ya from here on.

Hi, just wonder if they've phoned yet? Be positive. Since they selected you for interview and training, you are difinitely a strong candidate in their eyes. Whether they take you or not, you've proved to be a desirable employee. Good luck!

At times, things don't go our way. We just need to be confident that ahead of us, there's something better than what we want for now. It's just a matter of how we look our lives. I advise you to see your life that way.

Oh geez.. 9 pm is way, way past office hours so I don't think you will be receiving a call from the HR Department. But don't worry, there's still next week. Maybe the staffs aren't finished yet with evaluation or that maybe they do planned to call those who are hired by next week so, cheer up. Be positive and keep crossing those fingers! I do hope you'll get hired.. Ciao!

Hi, don't be so hard on yourself. Be patient, they might call you later. Did you do well in the 4-day training? What do you think? Miracles happen sometimes. When you least expect something good to happen, it happens :) Be patient okay, and pray. Even if you don't hear from them, don't give up. Keep trying other jobs... this time be less nervous.
