This question has always intrigued me. Although all professions and work are equal, yet there are certain types of work that we consider more humanitarian.A physician is dedicated to saving a life. He is under a moral code of ethics and duty bound to save a person irrespective of the patients caste, colour etc. Nurses undertake such types of work which have a humanitarian consideration. Things which, sometimes, even blood relatives hesitate to do, nurses do it with a smile on their face as their own. Patients are looked after by nurses as if they are they own, and not as a stranger. There is more compassion in their approach towards patients which is soothing for someone who is terminally ill and suffering from chronic ailments.Who do you think deserves the tag of performing the noblest of all profession? Nurses or Doctors?

Nobler Profession
Doctor or nurse : Save paitents and people suffering from sickness.
Teacher :Build up a child for an asset of nation for future
Soldiers : Save country and country man with their blood.
All profession we are performing after taking a little cost.
But what will you say, who are trying to save animal who are going to obsulete?
Those who are working for orphan and running them.
I salute all of them and always with them.

Before saying which one is the noblest, I would like to say both of them are very very important profession. I wish this question should not arise between a nurse and a physician. If this is supposed to happen, then things will go wrong. In my aspect, I would say physician is more nobler than nursing because a physician can handle the work of a nurse but vice versa is not possible in all times.

Both professions are in the same league. A doctor can't do without a nurse and a nurse can't do with out a doctor. Both if need arises can help out without each other in times of emergency.
