Do you like to be alone overnight?

I HATE being alone overnight. When my husband works the night shift, I find that I cannot sleep and, when I finally fall asleep, it is restless sleep ~ tossing, turning, waking up every few minutes..... Anyone have any suggestions on how to sleep better when alone?

I do understand it becomes very difficult to sleep alone when the husband is not there.. but its all with the mind if you try to relax the mind and tell it that you have to sleep then i think you should get good sleep. Other options are read a book especially little boring, sad stories it will put you to sleep dont choose romantic, thriller, mystery stories as it might keep you awake.. Anthor way is to lishen to soft soothing music and you can get immediate sleep with that also.. do try these methods and let me know if it has worked for you.

No, I don't really like being alone overnight. I don't really feel comfortable being in this situation. I guess it's mainly due to the fact that I'm a young woman and I'm just afraid of something happening to me.

First, you must calm your mind and remove the restlessness. You can pray and intend to sleep. Close your eyes and place the warm towel on your second eye. There are also other ways to read the book, so that the eyes become tired and fall asleep. However, you must get to sleep alone.. Happy sleeping... Happy dreaming...

I hate it too. I lock every door - and I turn our alarm on in sleep mode. That way it will explode when a thief tries to get in - but it won't explode if I get up to pee. Smart, huh? You could also try to sleep with a baseballtree next to you. To be prepared, ha ha :D

You are too funny! But I know what you mean! I used to sleep with a knife under my bed (but that was before I had a kid). Creepy, huh? LOL
