Earning through blogs

I have just created a blog and plan to make some money using it. while i am working on various means to make money, i was wondering if i also earn just by getting people to visit my blog. does clicks on my blog earn me money ? i tried to add google adsense yesterday, but they disabled it and i am not sure why.

Welcome to the blog world, And yes you can earn money via monetizing your blog, but your blog needs to have some quality content, and have enough page views. Its better in the sense, that you needn't be active daily there to earn your cents, but the more regular you are the more better...
