I bought lottery many times,I am not sure when to begin to buy . For the past three years, i have spent 100 dollars a month playing the lottery. but i have only won big one time: 1000 dollar once. I never won the biggest prize ,I still keep playing,I am sure my luck is bound to change, may be in the next time. What about you?

I used to play the lottery a lot when I lived in California. My mom and uncle would buy lottery weekly, so i just went along whenever they bought it. But then i started getting into scratchers. they cost lest and its almost the instant gratification of knowing that you did or didn't win right away. sometimes, if i get a lotto, i forget about it because it takes too long for them to announce the numbers (unless you get it the day of, but i never remember) and because i'm a really messy person and forget where i put it. i think i would be really mad at myself if i lost the winning ticket and couldn't find it. i think i might cry. there is actually an article somewhere in the midwest where someone had to dig in their garbage to find the winning ticket that they threw away by mistake. gross. why wouldn't you check it, you know? currently, i do not play lottery at all, and if i do, its a $1 scratcher once in a blue moon. i have given up. i don't think ill ever win anyway, the odds are too small and im usually so broke i can't even afford $1. that sucks.

1000! That's not too shabby. But really, how often is that going to happen? I myself am not much of a gambler. It seems to me like a waste of time and a waste of money.
