Despite the location of these videos, this is not a politically motivated or skewed topic. These are just otherwise natural enemies having fun together. Oh that it were true with humans around the world!! http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/07/23/pets-play-with-wild-anima_n_243155.html Weren't those great? I especially loved the cat being bathed. He was sure enjoying it, wasn't he?

yeah, that cat LOVED getting that washing up didn't he! That's one BIG cat too - unless that's a really tiny deer!

trust me, I know the deer are small around here, but THAT is even smaller than most of the country, and since I saw horn nobs, I think its a he... So that's a BIG cat none the less - like our Booboo...

I know - he seemed in ecstasy at times, didn't he? He was a big cat and the deer was young - could have been a doe, even. The deer in the SW are small - I can't remember what they're called, but this one looked like a regular White tail we have around here.

If only the dog, lion, and leopard could stay young. That seems to be the key to all, human and animal. When we are young we all seem to get along better. Once the lion grows up he'd eat the dog for breakfast. But I love watching the cheetahs and the dog playing. And I loved the one with the dog and the fawn! It's priceless, thank you for sharing.

I'd never seen a fawn play like that - it never occurred to me they would. He seemed to be enjoying himself.

It was fun to watch, wasn't it? The first one was too short, I think, but I enjoyed all of them. Especially the last one.

Hey jerz! I think if they were never taught anything different and they grew up together they would never know the that they were ever supposed to be mortal enemies! Maybe I am wrong, but I think that if they all were kept together and grew to love each other and stay friends maybe they would learn to love each and not know the difference in their species! Or maybe not! Maybe their natural killer instinct would still take over! It's so sad that they have to grow up and learn that that are supposed to be enemies! It really is just like humans! How sad is that?

Exactly! Humans teach their children acceptance and/or rejection. A few "convert" as adults, but they usually have underlying issues.
