What's Up With This NEW Prison Break DVD?

Did I see a new season of Prison Break going to DVD??? It's called The Last Break or something. The trailer looks like Michael is trying to get his wife out of prison. Am I missing something or is this a new season before the one where he . . . you know, bites the bullet!!!

The title is Prison Break: The Final Break. This is the last two episodes of the series but the plot took place before the last episode which aired on TV. This time Sarah is going to Prison and Michael will try to find a way to get her out of the Prison.
