All kinds of contradictions coming into the murder storyline

If Kendall remembers seeing Emma in the door behind Zack, as shown today, then if Emma saw who shot Stuart, Zack would have too because he would have to have passed Emma to leave otherwise unless he crossed the room which would have brought him in contact with Stuart. So even if Emma saw someone other than Kendall, Zack should have too. Everyone keeps trying to blame Annie but her fingerprints were not on the gun and Kendall's were and Annie had no gloves and really had no time to try to use some kind of cloth to awkwardly hold the gun and that would have smeared Kendall's prints. Zack got the gun from the ground and fired it to keep the blame from falling on Kendall, so why didn't he wipe her prints off. Krystal's fingerprints should have been on the gun, too since she held it on Adam and even pulled the trigger, apparently on an empty chamber. Any more to add?
