Hello friends, I started working from home from last year it is really good for people who don't want to live behind the boss or lure boss while working in office. But sometimes whenever i work from home, i feel like i am on call 24 hours a day. That's why it's crucial to establish clear boundaries between work and personal life. Is there a way to separate work from personal life?

..hi.. separating your personal life from work is really hard most especially if one is working home based.. Of course your environment is your home and you can't avoid thinking of your problems.. For me, I do my bets to concentrate and motivate myself to do my job rather than think of my problem because it will do me no good.. I'd rather think of finishing my work for the day.. I set my goals and try my best to achieve them.. I'd like actually to stay at home right now to take care of my baby.. however, I can't leave my job since I am already permanent.. It's so hard to find for a new job right now most especially in our country where many people have no jobs.. For you, I would suggest that you try to concentrate on your work.. You can also try going outside like going to a park and bring your stuff with you if it is possible for you to do your job outside your house. This way, you are away from your boss and from your house..
