Hi All, I love eating eggs from my birth. The best way i cook egg is boiling method as it does not require any addition of oils or fats. Does eating an egg everyday increases fat? Can we eat egg regularly? Does egg has cholesterol? Which one, yolk or the yellow part?

I like all kinds of eggs!!! From Boiled Eggs To Omelette!! But I preferred half boiled egg as it is healthier! My son loves to eat omelet with cheese. What my wife did was Fried an omelet and before take it out, she will put a piece of cheese over it, and wrapped the cheese with the omelet into an envelope shape. It is delicious because the cheese is melting in the mouth! I think an egg a day will be good unless our personal doctor advise us not to due to some health condition! All the best and happy myLotting!

we should eat eggs atleast every other day or three time a week. the yolk or the yellow part is where all the cholesterol is. if you want to eat eggs everyday, just skip the yolk and you will be fine.

Boiling them you have lost all the nutrition. As for cholesterol only 2% of people's cholesterol is effected by eating eggs. Its the yellow part that is the cholesterol maker.

I honestly don't know, I've heard people say too much eggs can raise cholesterol, and other say it can be fattening, and all kinds of things. Personally, I love eggs, cooked all kinds of ways. I don't listen to what other people say. Especially all those medical ppl in the news. The reason I say that is because I am a big girl (i weight over 200lbs) and they CLAIM that is obese, BUT yet, i have no high cholesterol, no high blood pressure, nothing like that. So they are full of it lol. Eating eggs every morning for breakfast (and i usually have 4 a day) and nothing bad has happened to me yet, and I been eating eggs daily for breakfast since I was like 15.

Eggs are a good source of protein and may be eaten on a regular basis unless there is a health problem such as allergies to eggs or extremely high cholesterol. Of course as with any food they should be eaten in moderation. As long as you're active, the egg shouldn't increase your weight as the protein is the main nutrient.
