Favorite kind of crackers? & spreads?

Right now I'm munching on some wheat thin crackers. I normally stock those, saltines, cheese and sometimes Ritz style crackers.
The toppings and or spreads we use when we have money for the "extras" are things like Port Wine flavored cheese spread,margerine, peanut butter, cream cheese, or a seafood spread I make (cream cheese, green onion, imitation crab, & shrimp diced fine).
What kind of crackers do you like? & any particular toppings?

Ritz (or the knock offs). I like mine with just about everything. My favorite is tapanade. Its an olive spread. Its really tasty on the rounders.
