Eat lots of apple for good health!

Eating apples is good for health. It contains all the important nutrients and vitamins essential for growth and energy! An apple a day keeps the doc aways is a famous saying in this!

I eat apples quite often. Oragnge and apple are my two favorite fruits. I like the tastes and also believe in the health value of the fruits. In fact, I also like to drink orange juice and apple juice at breakfast times, and also at lunch times. I keep a stock of these fruit juices in the fridge at home and also at my work place.

Yes, I do agree, so does eating other fruits too right. I'm not a person who really like to eat fruits, but now I'm making it a habit considering how good it can be to our body. Happy Mylotting

An Apple a day.. keeps the doctor away! But I feel is not right.. There are of course other fruit in the market : ) why is not orange,papaya or water melon : )

For a well balanced diet, add caramel coating to your apples! YUM! Another great way to enjoy apples is to fry them up into pies and cobblers. Fried apple chips are good snacks for the kids!
