Can you try to imagine those crabs coming from the water, going up and wants to be at the stone. Other crabs pushes others so that they will fall again in the water. In relation to us people,all of us wants to earn online and wants to succeed in the world of internet but there are many people who will do their best to bring us down. Just like here in mylot, there is some members who gave negative ratings and we all know it affects our reputation here.I think we should not do that. We are experiencing a recession as of this moment,so we really have to look for an alternative to increase our income, and that is making money online. So let us help one another, let us not practice crab mentality.

this past months that i have been in this site, i never have been a crab to my friends and to my fellow mylotters. that's what i have also been telling to some people here because some people just don't get it. they are so crabby for their own sake. but never in my whole discussions, comments from friends that i give a negative rating. i love helping out and bringing someone down, well for me, its like i am also bringing my self down to the drains.

It is nice to help other people. I feel so fulfilled when I was able to help someone. especially when I hear from here the sincere word "thank you".it only means to say that they appreciate the help that you give him / her.

I agree, we should not rate people negatively just because we don't like that person or we don't agree with them. We should help each other out when we can.

yes, it is not only observed in the internet but also observed even offline. Many people are trying to pull down people for them to succeed. i think we should not be doing this. We should have each other hear.

You are certainly right my friend. It is very important that we should help each other in making money online. I am sure that helping each other will surely make us earn more and learn more ways in making money online. I have always been open to my friends and have share to them information on how to earn money online. I do make a point to check them out and encourage them to do more. Yep. I agree with you^^,, we have same destination to make money online so better we help each other than have negative competition. Mylot is a system that allow us to earn money by discussing so let's he help and discuss about anything while we earn money from here. I know the earning here not too high and sometimes it's fluctuate but let's we enjoy here, make new friends and earn money,,not execute friends and earn money while making other people suffer because we give negative rating to them.
But..Rberon, I wanna ask you : what will you do if you find a respond or discussion that really violate guidelines here? You will rate it negative as it's the truth or you just ignore it?

In that case, I will be very honest, i will let mylot decide on it. I don't want the decision came from my hand. I know I should have put him / her a negative rating, but what will I do is to remind him / her that what he/ she did is a violation. I will warn him/her. The next time I saw him / her doing it again that will be the time I will give him / her negative rating.

That is true... There are some that really abuse the use of the rating system in here. Instead of rating without any bias they use this to get even or just plain "crab mentality" that you've just mentioned in your post. I do hope can differentiate who amongst those that rate fairly and unfairly. Although I know that is really difficult to determine right now since every member of mylot has his own sets of criteria when rating a post.

Words of inspiration, that's nice. but it is..indeed easy said than done, those who don't give a damn about it are the ones who aren't serious in here at all and just wanna fool and mess around.. i remember, i tried to reason once but didn't work. as long as they remain anonymous, they can still and will do it. but i love the idea of helping each other.

Yes, I agree! Giving negative ratings to people just because you don't like him or her isn't right. Just don't leave a rating instead.
