Buying vs downloading

Hi everyone.Do you buy music or do you just download it? I think that downloading is an issue all over the world right now. Specially in a country like mine(Romania),people don't have any principles about it(like respecing the artist and such),so most of them just download everything. What do you think? I think it's okay to download an album first and then,if you like it,buy it.

Let me tell you VladProd, these music companies, were taking us for a big ride. The fact is they always price their DVD's and CD's by more than 200 to 300% than the actual price. This is basically, because they pay a fancy price to the artistes. In India, it is the music from the movies, which sell more. The bigger the star, the higher the price they give for music rights, and they pass on the costs to us. Now because of the net, at least 30 to 40% of the people download from the net. So now the prices of the CD and DVD's are coming down.

This was a good point.Sometimes the prices are too high. But there are many independent artists(who have no market label) that make good music and their prices are ok.

Hi there, with me I mostly download my songs on the internet I seldom buy albums. For the reason that it cost a bit unlike downloading it's free aside from that you can select the songs you just want to get.

Considering the price asked some DVDs or albums, most of the people from our country (I'm from Romania too) can's afford buying everything they want... I do buy some albums or DVDs now and then, but I mostly download the music and movies.

I would love to buy a music if it is cool and not much expensive. If it is too expensive then I would rather download if from the net to save some bucks
