Leavenworth Accordion Celebration

This is the first year I've taken the time to go to Leavenworth Washington for the Accordion Celebration. It was well worth the time and effort. Leavenworth is a small town with a Barvarian theme and the accordion is the one instrument that fits right it. We met some wonderful people and heard some Great Music. It's wonderful to find out the interest in the accordion has not died! Beside the competition and concerts there was the Accordion Parade on Saturday and then the experience of rushing down to Andres Keller for the jam sessions every night after the concerts. I highly recommend a person take in the celebration each June!
