What do you think of ref-back offers?

Hi guys, i need some opinions here. Im currently giving ref-back offers to all of my referrals ranging from 30%-70% of what i earn from them directly to their paypal. Do you guys think its a good deal that im giving? Should i change the amount that im offering? I was wondering if i should be giving a lower amount..hmm =(

Hi. Your refback offer is not too bad..in fact I'm giving out 70% of my earnings too for all my active referrals. Many users are already offering 100 or even 150% of their earnings, but those users are upgraded that's why..

I think its really a good idea to give back the referrals atleast 50 %. But, still if you get to know your referral also pays to his referrals, then give him 75 %

I think 50% is fair, and 70% is a great deal. Doing this is a great way to keep your ref's active. I've done this a few times, and I've been on both sides of it. It's nice from both sides because either way, you're both earning extra money.
