Saying Hello to friends

Hello all my friends here on mylot,I have been away for several months if anyone noticed,I have been very busy with sick parents first it was my mom and then my stepdad so I have been at the hospital with one or the other since April,I think they are both going to do better now and maybe I will have some time to spend here,I hope you all have been well yourselves and I will do my best to respond to your post so to make this a discussion have you ever had to put your whole life on hold to help out your parents?

I've had that misfortune :( When my mother had a massive heart attack and had to have around the clock help, I was there, trying to juggle her life, my life and still earn a paycheck. It was not fun, but she was my mother so I had to help :)

thanks fwidman it has been a juggle for me as well but I do believe there is light at the end of the tunnel and they are both doing better now so maybe it will stay that way for awhile.Thanks for your response and have agreat evening.
