Anyone Know A Paid To Run Program!

Yes, I`m sure all of you have heard Gomez peer but now I hear it will take months to get a green light to run the program and make money, but does anyone know a site similar and is legit like this?

It says in the TOS it must be legal to join in your country whatever that means. But they pay by check not paypal. Its an easy program though and the games are kind of cute. The really good part is they match your referrals points by 100% if you decide you are interested let me know.
