I have tried to contact Survey.com at their email addres. I just noticed that they changed their email address. I wrote that one, and it comes back. Yet, they keep sending me surveys. That I can see, there is nothing on the page that shows how to cash in your rewards. I tried using the address that they send their surveys from, they always come back. Anyone else do surveys for them?

i tried checking some of them and so far my experience is sucks! after you've finished the survey, they will tell you that you're not a qualified respondent! most of them are fraud. so better be careful.

Yes, you feel like you just finished the survey, and they tell you that you don't qualify.
