Do you prepare break-fast, whats today

Hello Mylot friends this is checkmail and often do prepare break fast for myself as sometimes i don't like to have the regular break fast.I like to make some diferent types of break fasts thouh the milk is included in every break fast.Today its only the Milk, Ladoo, Pizza bread, Tomato sauce and some dryfruits for break fast.Might get the pizza bread and sauce to form an mini sandwitch.Sometimes also do prefer to switch to eggs like omlete, half-fry, egg bread fry, etc.What about you friends, what do you prefer to have in break fast.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and a good breakfast makes a day lot better than a bad breakfast. Yes i do make my own breakfast most of the time and i do try to make as different things i can for the breakfast depending upon the time i had. Today for the breakfast i had milk with sugar, and i tosted my bread brown and put butter on it and made an omellette. I really love this breakfast but i dont have this usually as it got lots and lots of calories.

body needs energy to go on.As per your described breakfast, its an
healthy and high energy breakfast, may boost for an short marathon.

Hello busky5 this is checkmail and thanks for responding to the disscusison and sharing in your experience about the Breakfast.Well you have a fine breakfast in the morning consisting of eggs and hams, which provides a lot of energy for the start of the day, it doesn't matter you do it easy or hard way.The thing does matter is you do.Keep it up.

I am not habituated to breakfast, its just some biscuits or bread with milk or tea ...whatever i have mood of having....sometimes some of my children's tifin item i prepare more and keep for myself and have it after my exercises and bath....i directly have lunch most of the times, skipping breakfast and sometimes skip lunch too if its my fast

Hello eshaan this is checkmail and thans for your response and sharing in your experience towards the disscussion here.Well breakfast also constitutes as a part of our daily diet which provides nutrition required by our body.That is not good to skip on the breakfast as it decrases the capacity of the body and pressue is applied on the organ of the body.So try to keep going reguar with your breakfast.GoodLuck.

Hello indahfth this is checkmail and am so sorry about your breakfast problem, but its essential as only fluid can't keep you going through out the day, but need some solid food also.Yes the tea is beneficial to health as it an good oxident, but still feel there is need for breakfast in morning.So try to prepare some light breakfast for yourself and family.

I am the one who often prepares breakfast in our house since I'm the one female here. I usually prepare those easy to cook foods such as hot dogs, noodles, butter rolled vegies, egg and make coffee or hot chocolate for them.
This morning, I didn't cook for breakfast, I woke up late so what I did is I toast bread and that's it. Bread and coffee for breakfast. I just hope I will get up on bed early tomorrow to cook a meal for breakfast.

Hello babyfiona08 this is checkmail and really not surprised that you too are a regular at preparing break fasts, but excites me with the types of breakfast you have specified like the butter rolled vegies, hot dogs, hot chocolates etc are not allowed by my parents in my break fast, as they think i will skip the meal for it.Hope you too get early and prepare a fine break fast and not a meal.

I do not skip break fast. Everyday I have milk, cornflakes, and a fruit. Else, it is some Indian food like Roti, side dish, Yoghurt, salads, toast, etc.
I normally prepare my own breakfast and prefer to do so. Earlier my MIL used to force me to eat Oats as she likes to eat it in the morning. Then I requested her that I can prepare my own breakfast and that I do not need assistance. :)

Hello tutor19us this is checkmail and its really a good habit not to skip the breakfast and that too such healthy and tasty one.You are having a good catlogue of the breakfast items for the morning, it also gives us energy as well as tastes good.Hope you keep it up with your breakfast and remain ever healthy.

I don't make breakfast often,but I love french toast and crepes. I made homemade cheese blintz once and they were absolutley amazing.

Hello amybrezik this is checkmail and me too like to have toasts cooked at home with some warm milk, but don't have crepes with it.As you have known yourself that your preparation is good for the breakfast you can try one hand at making good breakfast.Kepp on preparing breakfasts it will ease you a bit.

i have instant oalmeal with brown sugar or piece of apple. the other thing i fix for breakfast is toast with peanutbutter and jelly on it.

Hello happy6162 this is checkmail and thanks for responding to my discussion and think you are having a nice breakfast in the morning.The toast with a peanutbutter and jelly on it sounds to me very sweet crispy taste in the breakfast but what as an fluid in it.Keepp on trying more stuffs in breakfast might satisfy yourself.
