In making which cooking dish, are you expert in?

Oh Im just brilliant at making pastry, English style. I am from the UK and love English pastries, however, living in Spain has shown me how BADLY pastry can be made, they really cant do it. Its stodgy, hard and always has some sugar in it, even if it is a savoury pastry. Im thinking of starting a business over here, showing the Spanish how it should be done and selling decent pastries to the unwary and uneducated.

Helo Bhargav.I love cooking.I treat it as a passion for myself.I can make pancakes topped with honey sauce.They are simply delicious.I can also make paneer hyderabadi and milk desserts .I love decorating what I have made.Ita adds to the taste.Over here,in Orissa,people eat spicy ood like never before and I mix the spices to get some better effect.

Fried yeast bread and mashed potato salad. People ask me to make them every time I go to a potluck or family gathering. Guess I make good iced tea, too, because everyone comments on it.
