When was the last time you cried?

Let's face it, crying is simply one of the ways we communicate or show our emotions - sadness, grief, anger, frustrations, even happiness. Yes, even when we are extremely happy, we shed a tear or two, right? They say crying is for the weak. I dare to disagree. Crying is just one form of showing our vulnerability and there's nothing wrong with that. We're humans, after all. How about you? When was the last time you cried? Was it because of something really heartbreaking like death of a relative, an illness, a big family or personality problem? Or was it because you we're just too overwhelmed with happiness? Or was it for something as simple as watching a dramatic scene on a movie or tv,or listening to someone talk about a sad story?

i like this title. when i was a kid, i thought once people grow up, they forget how to cry. then i found this is not right. i have asked one of my friends, he said ladies would never be included in grown up people. recently i have cried a lot. by the way, i was born in 1986. because my colleagues were leaving china. i can't take it. we have been in same office for half a year. then they tell me probably they will never be back. i thought, i thought, i thought. i did not want to talk to people. i keep all mind for myself. i tried very hard to hide emotions but i failed. i went to other empty office to cry alone. then when time for get off work , i washed my face then just collect my own stuff quitely.. that 4 days when i thought of that, my tears just came out. people say i am too sensitive. yes, i am. but don't worry. now i am ok. what i can say is this is a necessary lesson for everybody to go through. i will never regret even cried in pudong airport. that is 22/07/2009. cay does not only show weakness also show yourself. face it, face yourself.

Before when I was a kid, I also thought kids cry more. But now that I'm older, I realized that there are more reasons to cry when you're older. And I also learned to accept the fact that it's ok to allow yourself to cry once in awhile. It's good for the soul. :)

I'm a big fan of a sports team in my country . It's called " Esperance Sportife De Tunis" and the last time I cried was because we lost a really important match . I know this seems a bit odd and strange but here in Tunisia we live and breath Soccer ...

No, wadhahhah. I don't think it's odd or strange at all. I have a friend who cries just because the basketball team he was rooting for lost. I guess when something is very important to us and we are so passionate about it, we can't help but shed a tear or two for it, right?
