I really did! Last week I washed three sets of sheets. I really didn't think about them fading. I washed some light material items with the sheets so as to not waste the space in the washer. When I went to put them in th dryer, my white underwear had turned a pukey shade of green! When have you accidently dyed something? What's the most embarrassing item you ever accidently dyed?

Oh I hate that when it kills the color of my clothes... I ahve done that before when I washed my new jeans, all the cloes in that load became all blueish... that made me so mad because one of my favourite tank top was in that load!!! After that incident, I am very careful about what I put together to wash in one load... and the other thing is I sometimes forget to take out the kleenex in the pocket so it makes the whole loads of cloes full of kleenex... that aggravates me a lot! I need to shake it and make the kleenex go away and sometimes I need to use the sticky roll thiny to help!

Yeah, I hate it when I leave things in my pocket too! It's such a mess. Sometimes the dryer will take care of getting rid of it and sometimes you have to rewash the whole load!!

Things like that happen to me all the time. I'm quite careless when it comes to mixing whites with colored whenever i do the laundry. I accidentally dyed my favorite white blouse blue once. I was really frustrated. But i learned to laugh about it afterwards. What i did i just bought a blue dye and just dyed my shirt blue. LOL. ;)

LOL!!!!!!! I hate laundry mishaps. That one seriously made me laugh though. I don't think I've ever dyed something a crazy color or anything like that. I've had problems with stains, water marks, and fading - but that's about it! lol

It was funny!!! I don't think I've done anything that bad before! I have done it a few times, but not like that! I am usually careful, but I really didn't think the seets would fade! I don't know what made me think that after all, they are all cotton!!

Most my underwears are either pink or blue and I swear their original colours are all white. How clothes exhange colours in the washing machine is always a mystery to me. Once my mum brought a pink underwear. Without any further thinking we threw it into washing machine with all white colour clothes. To our surprise, this underwear lost its colour (how much dye can PINK have??) and put pink tink on all other white colour victims. It was sad and I had this funny feeling that Borgs (from Star Trek) just assimulated more less advanced creatures. So my mum soaked this still pink underwear in whitening chemical. It never caused any trouble after that.
