Stop making laws!

Do you think we need to stop making laws and start implementing? A latin maxim once said 'coruptisima republica, plurimae legis' or "the corrupted republic the republic, the more law it has".

Without laws there would be no order. But then again rules are meant to be broken in order to make new ones haha.
