I love eggs! Partly because i'm a vegetarian i get a majority of my protein from eating eggs. My mood depends on how i cook it but i'll eat it in almost any way. Scrambled, fried, boil, poached, omleted... how do you like you eggs? Does anyone like them raw? (I've never tried it that way before... haha)

I love scrambled eggs. I can toss it around the pan to make it bigger. I love it dipped in catchup. It is rich in protein and very healthy, those one has to take things always in moderation, even in eggs.

I think scrambled eggs are so nice to have! I didn't know that they become bigger if you toss them around in the pan. I thought that they lost some of their size when you cook them because the water evaporates. Ketchup is also completely nessicarry to enjoying scrambled eggs. It makes it taste so much better! I also like to put on a little salt and pepper to make it just that much nicer. And i eat it with toast and a nice cup of orange juice. perfect!

Talking about tossing eggs in the pan, has anyone tried egg sushi? There are two versions of it: The chef makes a very thin layer of wrap just from eggs (I assume he pours liquid evenly on the pen) and use it to wrap rice and fillings for sushi. The other one is a thick layer of egg on top of rice, held with a band of seaweed. I saw them in the Sushi bar where we had lunch yesterday. Very interesting way to have eggs.

Okay I love eggs. I like them scramble, boiled, and other ways. My favorite is deviled eggs but I dont do that very often. I have tried raw eggs and let me tell you its not that good. Its also a gross feeling. Dont even know why i tried it. LOL!

Yum. That sounds really good! I completely forgot about deviled eggs! They are really nice as well. For some reason i can only eat them sometimes though. When i eat them sometime i feel really sick to my stomach and cannot continue eating them. I'm pretty sure that it's a mental thing. haha. i won't ask you why you ate a raw egg. i don't think that i would ever want to try one. gross!

And pammiej56, that sounds like a really nice type of omelettes. I like to have mushrooms and green peppers in my omelettes. With lots of nice cheese. And then i like putting salsa and ketchup on my eggs. It's makes them extra nice. And that's an interesting way to eat a fried egg. I've never heard of anyone doing that before. Why do you eat it between pancakes? Does it take away the bad taste? Or does it taste better?

I am not a huge egg lover, but 3 ways I can't live without.......deviled eggs is one. Or taking hard boiled eggs and making them into egg salad is another. My third favorite is frying the egg, popping the yolk and thoroughly cooking it (because runny yolks are gross!!) and then putting it on a toasted English muffin with a slice of American chees and a little mayo. Very delicious and way better made at home than grabbed from any fast food restaurant!

I like using poached egg cups. I mkae them in the microwave and it is very easy. It only takes about one and half minutes to make those eggs in the microwave and it is a pretty easy thing to do. I like them and think they are quite tasty. I think eggs are good and easy to eat.

Egg is one of my all-time favorites and to be frank, cook it in any way and I would just love it! However, I would like to share with you a very different scrambled egg recipe, which uses egg whites and it's so damn amazing! Have a look at the video here - http://www.ifood.tv/recipe/egg_white_scrammble Just give it a try, it's too simple yet a lot tasty! :)

I love eggs so much!!! I love it scrambled, boiled and over easy. I specially like to eat duck eggs boiled and then take out the shells and run it through a batter and then deep fry it. I like it served with a vinaigrette dressing.

ive been having eggs for morning every single morning since we got them really really cheap. its been nearly a month, so ive sick and tired of them. i eat them in a variety of ways, scrabbled, overeasy, or boiled. im not very good at making omelets or else iw ould make more of them. eggs are great for making so many different dishes too, and very good for the health.

Haha. That's impressive! i don't think that i could eat eggs every morning! For me i eat them about once or twice every week. That way they are always enjoyable. But your are right that they are so versatile in different types of baking. In almost every dish that i make i will put eggs in. I think that it makes it much richer and taste fuller and better. They also have tons of protein in them so you will be full after eating them and you won't have to snack in between meals. That can be a problem if you are trying to loose weight or have a healthy diet.

I like to make my eggs scrambled. They are so good scrambled. I also like the sunny side up eggs. But I like my scrambled eggs more than my sunny side up eggs.

I like poached egg, especially the one with soft yolk inside. Fried egg is my second favourite. It is essential for full-day breakfast, and I like to smear its soft yolk on my toast. It is very satisfying. Omlette is a more elaborate version of eggs for me. It is like having an egg 'pizza'. :P Although I enjoy half-raw yolk, I never dare to try raw eggs. It feels like eating something alive. _

That is how i love to eat my eggs! When the yolks are half raw cause then i can dip my toast in it and it tastes so good. It's really nice to have some cucumber on the side to eat with your raw eggs and toast. It goes perfectly with the different flavors and complements them. Omlette is a guess a more elablrate version of eggs but it's a way to get tons of different things into the eggs that you might not have otherwise. It can be very simple or you can put tons of stuff into in. It's really up to you on how elaborate is can be. And i don't think that i'm brave enough to try some raw egg. It just seems way to gross for me!

Interesting! What's bull's eye? I've never heard about that before. And scrambled is always a crowd pleaser.
