Best metallica guitar solo?

In my opinion it would have to be either four horsemen or jump in the fire
They are just so sick. You can feel them in your bones.
What is the best in your opinion?

The second solo in Master of Puppets is greatness. But, I think my all time favorite Metallica solo would have to be James' solo from Nothing Else Matters.
It's not the most difficult or technical, but I think that solo is absolutely perfect. It's got so much emotion.
