I have waited for more than 48 hrs for information from Microworkers?

THe microworker have terminated my account. I had ask for information for why my account had been terminated. But they have not send me the information. Is is prohibited to convert earned cash into the task??. As my friend that told me that microworkers doe snot pay at all to its members. so i think if i keep completing the task & convert it to task . I used to do task for until it is sufficient for my task. On beginning it had converted it. But after 3-4 task i offered. It take more than 48 hrs to approve. I have rated all my tasks done as satisfied. But suprisely i have offered a task of earning money on Microworkers after more than 48 hrs it terminated my account. As it the message came your task will be approve faster only if you deposit amount. I already had $ 8 on my Account. I offered 2 task of that amount. What do you think about Microworkers is it legit or scams, if its is legit why it is not giving me the information
