Wedding Weight Loss Help

I am getting married in May next year and I was wondering if you would have any tips to help me lose about 5 kilos for my wedding. I have a busy lifestyle, working full time and studying as well as singing, I am trying to exercise in my lunch breaks and on weekends. I am also trying to drink lots of green tea but not too much in the way of results. any tips?

hmm.. of course with your busy lifestyle I think you barely have time to exercise. I think you should just try to eat less fatty foods and try to go veggie only with less oil and less dressings. There are many interesting recipes you can find in the net. Also I suggest you take in more water than green tea, especially if there is sugar on your tea.

Another problem is that I am celiac and fructose intolerant so it limits what I can eat, cuts out dressings, a lot of salad veggies, fruits, breads and so forth. but thank you for your advice, I will have a look at recipes on the net
