Do you have any experiencing of Bribing ?

Here nothing will happen without bribe. For a birth certificate or death certificate, we have to pay bribe more than the Government fee. In some departments there is certain rates for each task. It is just like the menu in the hotels. It is learnt that this amount will be distributed from the lower grade staff to the boss. Do you have any experience of giving the bribe ? Is there a bribe system in your respective countries. Anyway I am not asking whether you have taken the bribe ? Please note that in the largest democracy(India) it is punishable under law to give and and prompt to take Bribe. Be careful while responding!!!!
