It'll become smoother and easier as you speak English, you'll start to understand where you're making mistakes and how to improve them. Another way is to go online and find those free websites that let you learn languages. Those websites include reading, speaking, and writing. They also have voice recorded examples that teach you how to say the English word.

Read a lot - read newspapers, read the discussions, read childrens books the most. Join up at a library and take out easy to read books - you can pretend you are taking them out for your children if you must but read a lot of books and become accustomed to what the words look like and how the sentences are made.You can also take out tapes or computer disks from the library that have programs about the English language and how to spell the words and make sentences yourself. The library is a wonderful place to go to because it has so many things you can use to learn English well.
