should women propose to men?

there's nothing wrong with it, but i think men should do the proposal.
do u girls have the power to tell the guy "will u marry me"?

well, for me that sounds really pathetic but there are actually some cultures where women are the ones who courted men and even buy them to be their husband!
I dont see why they shouldn't if that's what they want. The man has the same option of saying 'no' as a woman would have - its going to be a mutual decision in the end.

I think when we get married and create family man becomes the leader of this family. So it's his work to do proposal not girl's.

i believe, and i do not know if this is something that most people confim to, a agree to... but it is a man's esteemed priviledge to ask a women he loves to grace his wife with her precence... forever. there are somethings in life thet should be in the way they are... one of them is a proposing a woman...
but in my case i proposed to my husband....
