Belle is dying and she is about to get married

I am so surprised to find out Belle is going to die. She is planning to marry Aiden but he has no idea she is dying. Belle took a pregnancy test and it was negative. I wonder what is wrong with Belle.
Has anyone any idea what is matter with Belle?

She's clearly in denial. And it's completely unfair to her future husband who is naturally expecting a future for both of them.

Yes, Aiden is imagining they will have years together. He is hoping to become a father. It is going to be a terrible shock to him. I look at the Home and Away official website. It has galleries. I think Belle will tell him just before their wedding.
