you snore and you don't know it!

Have you ever wondered that you might be snoring at night? It happens that most people do snore and they don't know it, it is only later that your spouse or your brother or sister complains you about it.... i must ask my brother if i snore...lol

I think i may be i snored almost every night because i asked my son and my spouse they woke up at mid night to listen me snoring, but i think i don't know snoring because i have deep sleep.

i know i snore, although i don't hear myself, i know i do have nose issues - i have a stuffy nose 95 percent of the time and find it hard to breathe through my nose, so naturally, i would snore. i try not to keep anyone awake so i sleep elsewhere in my house.

Yes, it is right - I snore but I don'tknow it. My mom and my sister has told me before that I snore in my sleep but I kept saying I don't snore... I guess I do then because I have heard my mom and my sister do that too and they refuse they snore as well! Andit is just a little on, not the loud and long one like a pig.. :p

well, i do not snore personally but my dad does quite a bit. it is particularly interesting when we travel in the train. when my dad's snoring reaches the crescendo, it reverberates in the whole compartment and i keep giggling in my berth.
