Do you know lending sites?

Just yesterday, I was reading a business magazine. It is a Filipino business magazine actually. There, I read how to loan and lend money from the bank and other lending institutions. But I am much more interested in lending money on the net since I am into online business. And in that magazine, I read 3 lending sites. I check it few hours ago but I found out that it is only for US residents only. Does any of you here know lending sites which lend money not just for US citizens but also from other countries..

Hi Allen,
I am also looking for a non-scam lending site where I can lend my money and at the same time earn. I have found several but all of them are either of us residents or non-profit.
I will give you an update if I found a good earning lending site.
