Do you have a friend that you lost contact with and wish to meet again?

As we progress through life we often make new friends, some we keep and some we lose contact with (whether through good or bad circumstances) through the years. Are you ever reminded of a good friend that you wish you kept contact with, or hope to bump into again?

Hi, tabatha I had actually been thinking of a particular friend who I lost contact with for more than a year now. That was quite a long time for me because that friend used to send me text messages almost everyday and calling me without any reason other than to say hi and ask how I am. We were classmates in college and we managed to create a great friendship. We lost contact but I am pretty sure that we are quite ok. I am sure that she is just busy or in vacation and would be calling anytime soon. I miss her though. Take care!

Dear raingurl, Me too, I miss my friends so much! Truly hope we will be in touch again, with so much information technology, perhaps we can check via facebook or thru other college mates who might still keep in touch with her. I misses my friends so much that I even started a topic to specially 'thanks' them, do drop over for the topic to leave a word or two as an appreciation to them..

I have a couple of friends I've been trying to find for the past few years. So far, no luck in locating them. Other friends, and former co-workers, and classmates, I have been lucky enough to find on FaceBook. I found another old dear friend about 3 years ago, thanks to the internet:-) I hadn't seen or heard from her in at least 15 years or so. Very happy reunion catching up on our families and other mutual friends! It's funny, with some friends, when you connect with them again, it's almost like you picked up on where you left off lol. Some things change, but true friendship doesn't keep track of time passed during absence.

Yes, I would love to find my friend Marilyn who lived in Galton Georgia. We were penfriends for quite a while and spoke on the phone a few times. I've looked for her on Facebook and found someone with her name in that area but I guess it wasn't the right one as I didnt receive a reply to my message. I did manage to find an old school friend through Friends Reunited some years ago.

No, her surname was Griffin... but,of course, I did mean that she lived in Dalton, not Galton - I just got carried away with the letter G . She had a son called Adam.

I have a friend who I have lost contact with too, from time to time I wonder what she looks like now as an adult and how she is doing. All we can do is remember the good times and wish them the bst in life and who knows the world is a small place we may meet them again.

Yes I do! I have two or three of them that already lost contact. Maybe it because of my business in my life, that I have no time to spare with them. That makes them stay away from me. I'm gonna reach them again, and try to maintain our friendship as before.

I wish I could have kept in touch with my best friend from childhood. Divorce between both of our parents ripped us apart.

Thanks for sharing, sorry that you lost contact with your friends. I know how torn up ones life can get when their parents seperate. Mine did at a young age too.
